We can produce mirror surface finish better than 8 nm
Ra on steel with hardness above HRC50. Thousands of pieces
of hardened steel optical mold inserts have been manufactured
with this technology. So far, we are the only commercial
company having such capabilities in the world.

We focuses on ultra-precision machining of optical mold inserts
for injection molding of plastic lenses, prototyping
of plastic lenses, lenses/mirror of soft and hard materials,
surfaces with micro features etc.
